This is to let you know that I’m in the hospital. Due to the personal nature of the issue, I won’t discuss the reason for the hospitalization. Athough I can’t say this with absolute certainty, I don’t think I will remain hospitalized for too long. I just wanted to explain why there won’t be any new post for a few days.

Photos of the Snow
The above photo is of a very small, crude snowman that some of the residents at my apartment complex built.
This is a shot taken out the side door of the apartment building, and it shows the smow on some shrubs that are planted there. At this point, the snow wasn’t very deep.
The above photo is of my boyfriend, Donald, standing in a nearby field after the snow had stopped falling. He is holding a bunch of snow in his hands. Donald is so thrilled that the area received some snow! It was his wish come true.
I hope all of you enjoy the photos. I wanted you to see for yourselves that it truly did snow recently in southeast Texas. It doen’t happen very often, so it was our own little winter wonder.
