There are many things that you can do to help you more effectively attract hummingbirds. These include the following: use a wide variety of colorful feeders, using a mixture of 1 part sugar to 4 parts water when making the nectar solution (use only pure granulated white table sugar and no other substitute) and place rotten fruit around the feeders as a way to attract fruit flies on which the hummingbirds will feed. The video all so explains the importance of cleaning the feeder regularly and how to do so properly.
Hummingbirds are such beautiful creatures. They are amazingly quick and can therefore be very difficult to photograph well. I have great admiration for anyone who has had the good fortune to do so. This video is a series of amazingly beautiful hummingbird photographs. The shots are absolutely amazing and allow the birds to be seen in such great detail.
